Shipping Policy

We will make our best effort to ship most orders out within 24-72 hours. However, due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. We will do our best to communicate any potential delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

A to Z Toys does not accept returns on Vintage toys. All sales are final on those orders. In certain cases we may offer store credit but that is at our discretion. Most of our items are 20+ years old and we sell them as collectibles, so we cannot guarantee that the contents of sealed items will still work or be in mint condition if someone chooses to open an item.
